METHOD FOR PREVENTING ALLERGIC DERMATOSIS IN WORKERS OF CLOTHING INDUSTRY

A method for preventing allergic dermatosis in the workers of the clothing industry comprises the assessment of the skin elasticity, the presence of erythema, the state of the skin surface using the up-to-date equipment. Furthermore, the capillaroscopy of the nail bed, thermography, rheovasography of the shoulder, the forearm, and the hand are performed. When the parameters started above get worse, the prophylactic treatment is indicated comprising the drugs improving skin microcirculation such as Trental and Corargin, one tablet daily for one month. The workers are followed up on dispensary basis for the prophylactic examinations by the dermatologists and other specialists twice a year with the aim of timely prophylactic treatment to be provided.
