A method for preventing the recurrent cholelithiasis after cholelithotomy comprises the use of the physical factors and the drug decreasing the lithogenicity of the bile. The electromyostimulator providing the current of 5-30 mA depending on the pain sensitivity threshold is used affecting the gall bladder through the anterior abdominal wall. The officinal preparation of ursodeoxycholic acid is used.
