The invention belongs to devices which allow to raise a noise stability of systems with turbocodes at small relations signal - noise in the channel.The essence of the invention consists that due to revealing and selection of packages which contain mistakes after decoding it is possible to increase a noise stability of systems with turbocodes at small relations signal - noise in the channel.Result of application of the device is increase of a noise stability of systems with turbocodes in comparison with similar devices.
