A method for automatic control of the process of pasteurizing milk includes regulating the temperature of pasteurizing and regulating the cooling temperature in two separate contours. The effect of excitements in the channels: "steam pressure milk temperature" and "brine temperature - milk temperature" is compensated due to additional correction of these excitements in corrective links.
