METHOD FOR LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS OF CHOLERA GERMS ELTOR

摘要

A method for laboratory diagnostics of cholera from humans and from objects of environment, which comprises isolation of colonies on alkali agar, conduction of conglutination reaction and identification of cholera germs. The conglutination reaction and identification of germs are realized by means of microscopic volume method, for this purpose the part of isolated colony is placed into preparation glass, which is preliminary washed by drops of physiological saline solution and cholera diagnostic sera, diluted to the working titer 1:800-1:1600, with subsequent result analysis by means of phase contrast microscopy.
