A method for treating the odontogenic abscess and the phlegmon of the maxillofacial area provides for the dialysis of the wound. To the purulent cavity, the cylinder made of the cellulose semipermeable membrane and containing the dialysis solution is inserted. The dialysis solution comprises polysorb MP, decasan and mepivastesin. The volume of the solution corresponds to the volume of the wound.
