DEVICE FOR MATERIAL STUDY ON FRICTION AND WEAR AT RECIPROCAL MOTION

摘要

Device for investigation of materials on friction and wear at reciprocal motion includes platform, drive of reciprocal motion, sample, counter-sample, fixation for samples, unit for sample loading and fixation for counter-sample and working sample. Device additionally includes inductivity coil to which signal generator and oscillograph are connected, magnetic conductor for formation of pulse magnetic field with needed magnetic induction, platform with guides where vessel for working medium is placed, removable metal tips in one of which working sample is placed and strain indicator for taking frequency characteristic, this is connected to registering device and computer for representation of frequency characteristic, ampermeter and transformer connected to inductivity coil, counter of loading cycles connected to working sample, device for measurement of friction coefficient placed on lever for transfer of motion and load, at that under counter-body microscope is placed, for observation of friction surface and measurement of wear of working sample, and photo-camera for processing and fixation of image of surface of working sample on screen of computer, and that counter-sample is made of photographic glass.
