VALVE FOR HOT BLOWING OF BLAST-FURNACE STOVES

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, namely to design of valves of hot blast of blast-furnace stoves. The valve comprises water-cooled lined sealing disk, water-cooled lined case with cover, consisting of mouth, connecting flanges and cylindrical part, inside of which persistent rings with formation interring space for placing of sealing disk are located. From each side of interring space in case two rings channels for water are made, cooling persistent rings and connecting flanges, connected among themselves by aperture. On lateral external surface of the case channels for cooling water are installed. In the bottom part of the case from each side of interring space the branch tube is installed with two apertures, blocking channel for water cooling of flange, the one of which is connected to system of supply of cooling water and to channel, which cooling of persistent ring, and the second aperture is connected to channel cooling of flange and to channel for cooling water on lateral external surface of the case. On each front of external surface of mouth of the case channel for cooling water is placed, connected with the channel on lateral external surface of the case and connected to system of removal of cooling liquid. The invention allows increasing of shelf live of the valve due to the increasing of cooling efficiency and decreasing of expense of cooling water.
