The invention relates to the shipbuilding. A universal one-decked vessel for transportation of friable, general and container cargos contains nose and rear parts, machine room and area of cargo holds. The latter consists of onboard, deck and bottom overlaps, transverse bulkheads, cargo holds, cargo hatches and hatch covers. Vessel contains a stationary steel longitudinal bulkhead, which is located in the center-line plane of vessel and consists of upper box beam-support, which is located between longitudinal and transverse coamings, continuous box part, which passes along the area of cargo holds, and corrugated lower part with a gate. Beam-support is equipped with a gasket for hatch covers. The technical result is in increase of total longitudinal strength of vessel.
