The invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for the complex treatment of the osteomyelitis of the lower limbs. The method comprises the access to the lower supraabdominal artery, its catheterization, the prolonged administration of the antibiotics according to the results of antibiotic sensitivity assay and the vasoactive drugs. In parallel, then arterial blood is exposed to low energy laser emission of red and infrared range and non-coherent ultraviolet radiation. The surgical intervention is performed (transcutaneous laser osteotrepanation) followed by high energy laser irradiation of the bone cavity, the draining of the purulent focus with the insertion of quartz-polymeric light guide into the sequestered cavity for applying low energy laser radiation of red and infrared range and non-coherent ultraviolet radiation.
