The invention relates to the forming of ceramic products based on inorganic components, in particular glass powder, and can be used for the preparation of glass ceramic matrices for immobilization of heavy metals (HM) of concentrates of baromembranous purification of contaminated water. The aim of the process to increase fixative ability concerning HM. The proposed process for the matrices preparation for immobilization of heavy metals consists in mixing of glass powder with sorbent (montmorillonite, modified alkali reagent) and concentrate of baromembranous installations of humidity 5-10 % in following mass ratio glass powder: modified montmorillonite: concentrate of baromembranous installations - 1:(0.05-0.12):(0.03-0.08) correspondingly. The implementation of the process provides the matrices preparation with the high degree of fixation of HM and effective decorative view. The desalination degree of heavy metals during 2-3 months (in example of cobalt, cuprum, nickel) comes up to 0.037·10-0.049·10%, that is in 116-154 times less the desalination degree by the known method. By the proposed technology the building materials can be obtained, purity and durability of which opens wide opportunities for their use in modern architecture as well facing and art-decorative material with the unique physicotechnical and operating characteristics.
