摘要

The invention relates to medicine and pharmacy, in particular to the bioactive compounds, which are the base for the preparation of medicines with wide spectrum of biological activity, for treating the central nervous system diseases, including cerebrovascular accidents, and cardiac insufficiency. As against the structural analog - morpholinium 3-methyl-1,2,4- triazolyl-5-thioacetate, in the proposed bioactive compound lysine is used instead of morpholine, this extends the spectrum of its biological activity and considerably exceeds pharmacological efficiency according to all basic indicators in the comparison with the reference preparations and the structural analog.
