The invention relates to chimeric monoclonal antibody derived from murine anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody 1E10 that recognizes murine MAbP3 produced by hybridomas cell line with deposit number ECACC 97112901. Murine MAbP3 specifically binds with gangliosides containing T-glycolilated sialic acid. The invention relates as well to pharmaceutical composition containing disclosed antibody and use of monoclonal antibody for producing medicinal agent useful for treatment of malignant mammary tumors and melanomas, metastases thereof and recurrences.
