METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF STABILITY OF ROCKS AT BARRING

The invention relates to mining and is intended for determination of stability of rocks at barring, mostly by roof bolting. A method for determination of stability of rocks at barring includes evaluation of stability of rock exposure of mine by plastic deformation of washers installed under roof-bolts in process of deformation of rock exposure, at that on washers under operation with change of rate of shift of rocks on contour of working one carries out measurements of height of washer arc with determination of difference between the height of arc of non-deformed washer and measured current height, one determines work of plastic deformation of washer for roof-bolt, evaluates stability of rock exposure of mine by value of criterion of stability of rock exposure. Use of the method proposed provides possibility of evaluation of character of change of stability of rocks at barring through time, this results in increase of accuracy and reliability of the method.
