An optical-electronic polarized relay relates to pulse technique and may be used for commutation ac and dc circuits in automatic and measuring devises. The relay comprises a load, a first, a second, a third and a fourth MIS transistors with induced channels, built-in output protection diodes, first and second optical couplers including pairs: a light-emitting diode-photovoltaic element, a resistor, an output bus, a control bus, a bus of a first power source, a bus of a second power source and a common bus. The technical result is possibility to commutate to the load signals of negative polarity and alternating current signals.
