Described herein is a disposable sterile ocular solution containing riboflavin phosphate (vitamin B2) and dextran, as well as a process for its sterile production using an autoclave at;121°C for 30 min at a pressure of 1 atm, for use in the corneal cross-linking treatment of keratoconus.
