PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable negative lithographic printing original plate having a protective layer on a photosensitive layer capable of writing with an infrared laser, wherein the protective layer suppresses polymerization inhibition of the photosensitive layer and excels in removability by development, and wherein even when such lithographic printing original plates are stacked, a protective layer of one lithographic printing original plate suppresses adhesion of the front face thereof to the rear face of a support of the adjacent lithographic printing original plate and can also suppress scratching caused between the front face of the protective layer and the rear face of the support.;SOLUTION: The polymerizable negative lithographic printing original plate has a polymerizable negative photosensitive layer and a protective layer as an uppermost layer in this order on a support showing hydrophilicity, wherein the protective layer contains polyvinyl alcohol, organic resin fine particles (preferably organic resin fine particles having a true specific gravity of 0.90-1.25 and an average particle diameter of 2.0-15 m) and mica particles (preferably in a mass ratio between the organic resin fine particles and the mica particles being in a range from 3:1 to 2:3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
