The turbine (1) has supply coils (3) surrounding an inlet (4) of a rotor disk (5), where the rotor disk has rotor blades (8) extending between the inlet and an outlet (6) in a rotor blade chamber (7). An internal bypass flow path (9) is provided for exhaust gas and discharges into an exhaust section downstream of the outlet. The flow path starts from the chamber downstream of the inlet of the rotor disk, and a thermal controller (10) e.g. control valve such as control flap, and/or control disk, changes a cross section of the flow path, where the controller has a bimetallic element.
