The device has miniaturized injection channels connected with compact, transparent, separate, reaction and analysis chambers. A board and radiation sources i.e. LEDs (2), are provided on miniaturized optoelectronic sensors. The board and the radiation sources are arranged below separation regions (1.3) at an outer side of a transparent glass plate (1.8) that closes the chambers. The separation regions have blackened arrangement of pores and made of plastic material, glass or metal, and are connected with a multi-disk grid (1.5) at a lower side and a press ring at an upper side.
