1. Laminate comprising: - a core of high density foam. - on one side of the core (2) there is fixed a stainless steel sheet (1). - on the other side of the core (2) a metal sheet is fixed. 2. Laminate according to claim one characterized in that the thickness of the core of high density foam is of the order of 8 to 30 mm, while metal sheets attached on both sides of the core, is about 0.3 to 1 mm . 3. Laminate according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the metal sheet (3) disposed on the hidden face of the core (2) is aluminum. 4. Laminate according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the metal sheet (3) disposed on the hidden face of the core (2) is stainless steel. 5. Laminate according to claim 1, characterized in that on a sheet of EPDM is inserted or elastomer between the core of high density foam (2) and the foil (3).
