Method for obtaining human osseous implants in biocompatible materials, characterized in that it comprises the stages of: obtaining medical images of the area of interest of the patient, processing the images obtained using a computer until a virtual reconstruction of the area of interest of the patient is obtained, obtaining a physical prototype of the implant using rapid prototyping techniques in cooperation with the virtual reconstruction of the area of interest, obtaining the physical implant by means of moulding from a mould obtained from the prototype.
