Device (1) portable fruit tree beating, particularly for picking olives, comprising a number of elements (4) rotating bob projecting from a plate (6) supporting and extending along axis (A) respective inclined with respect to the plate (6); comprising the elements (4) shaking bars (14) substantially straight respective projecting obliquely from the plate (6) along said axis (A) respective oriented very differently to each other, the device being characterized in that each bar (14) is mounted integrally on a support (15) respective brackets (15) on the plate (6) being mounted to rotate about axes (R) of substantially parallel respective rotation and perpendicular to the plate (6), so that the elements (4) shaking rotate about said axes (R) of respective rotation inclined with respect to said axes (a) so that said axes (a) and said elements (4) shaking describe respective substantially conical surfaces.
