Digital printing process in which printing is performed on paper or cardboard coated with polymer, the copolymer containing coating ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer EMA electrically chargeable, the ratio of monomer methyl acrylate in said copolymer EMA of coating layer of 20 mol%, by electrically charging the surface of paper or board, bringing toner particles to the surface in an electric field according to the printing, and by directing infrared radiation to the printing dots on the surface, which means of heat fuses the toner fast to the polymer coating.
