A dietary supplement for neuropathic patients comprising alpha-lipoic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, selenium, as well as vitamins that have antioxidant activity and B vitamins that have neurotropic activity, where alpha-lipoic acid is made up of amounts between 50 and 600 mg and gamma-linolenic acid is in amounts between 50 and 600 mg.
