Method for managing dialogue man-machine mixed initiative based voice interaction to provide a service to the human user in a particular context or domain in which the uttered by the user phrases are modeled in terms of parameters, said parameters of elements simple or structured information, while the exchanges of the machine are expressed by communicative acts communication (CA), characterized in that the dialogue is processed as a sequence of changes of parameter status, being the state parameter overall characteristics of the parameters as pragmatic and linguistic context, this set describing a certain time of the communicative situation between the user and the system, the method comprising the steps of: a. select, among domain parameters, the parameters that intervene to modify the state in order to converge towards a situation in which all selected parameters are acquired and confirmed; In parallel, identify the communicative act (CA) that applied to the selected parameters, it makes the state evolve towards the completion of the dialogue; b. create phrases to provide the user as a communicative act applied to the selected parameters; c. analyze the user response to determine the new system status according to the parameters supplied by the user, checking the coherence between the elements of simple information and structured its previous state and the status of parameters correlated to the parameters provided by the user.
