Dipole antenna comprising: a pair of radiating arms (21A and 21B) oppositely directed coupled to a feeding terminal (22) and extending from the latter along a central axis, at least a portion of each arm radiant one fractal geometric shape; the dipole antenna being characterized in that there is provided at least one pair of electrical shunts (23 and 24) that are configured to connect at least two points (25A and 26A) selected within the fractal portion of one radiating arm (21A) of correspondingly to two points (25B and 26B) selected within the fractal portion of another radiating arm (21B).
