Process for the fermentative preparation of L-threonine, L-lysine, L-valine, L-homoserine using strains of the Enterobacteriaceae famimlia containing a sequence of orf yjgf attenuated.
Process for the preparation of L-amino acids, chosen from the group L-threonine, L-lysine, L-valine and L-homoserine, wherein the following steps are carried out: a) fermentation of modified microorganisms of the Enterobacteriaceae family which produce the desired L-amino acid and in which yjgF ORF expression is eliminated by one or more methods selected from the group consisting of deletion * * insertion; and transition or transversion b *) L-amino acid concentration in the medium desired cells or microorganisms.
