A system for causing the joint combustion of sludge inside a combustor, comprising: a module (200) for receiving and treating sludge to receive and treating sludge, and a module (300) for injection and combustion of sludge for injecting said treated sludge inside a combustion zone (24) of a combustor (20), wherein said treated sludge is burned in suspension within said combustion zone (24) of said combustor (20), wherein said module (300) mud injection and combustion includes an injection nozzle (19) to atomize said mud and spray said atomized mud into said combustion zone (24) of said combustor (20); characterized in that said sludge injection and combustion module additionally includes: a sludge tank (10) for receiving and storing sludge from said sludge receiving and treatment module (100), said sludge tank having a mixer (13 ) to continuously stir said sludge into said sludge tank (10), a pump (16) in fluid communication with said sludge tank (10) and said injection nozzle (19) to deliver said sludge from said tank (10) ) from mud to said injection nozzle (19), a discharge pipe (14) for delivering said mud from said mud tank (10) to said pump (16), and a conditioner (15) interposed in said pipe (14) ) discharge to shred said sludge before entering said pump (16).
