A cleaning tool suitable for cleaning with a single sheet such as a hygienic tissue, wherein said cleaning utensil is formed of sheets and each of said sheets comprises: at least one layer having a weight per unit area of at least 40, 7 g / m 2 (25 lb / 3000 square feet) and is characterized by: (a) a width of at least 11.4 cm (4.5 inches) (b) an area of at least 193.5 cm 2 ( 30 square inches); and (c) an initial wet strength of at least 31.5 g / cm; and (d) a total wet tensile strength after 30 min of soaking in water at neutral pH of less than 15.8 g / cm, in which at least one of said layers has a continuous network region with design macroscopically monoplanar that has a relatively high density and differentiated low density regions arranged therein.
