robust radial tire comprising a carcass (4) of at least one sheet of rubberized cord is disposed radially and toroidally extending between a pair of webs (3) of heels which are embedded in portions (1) forming a shoulder and you are wound around the core (3) of the heel from the inside of the tire toward the outside to form a turnup portion (4t), at least one layer (6) reinforcing the part constituting a bead made of fiber yarns organic rubberized extends outside the turnup portion (4t) over an end of the turnup portion, and at least one layer (5) of organic fiber cords rubberized extends outwardly of the part turnup above one end of the turnup portion outward in a radial direction of the tire, in which the layer (5) of organic fiber cords is arranged to extend from a position near one of the webs (3) heels on the end of the turnup position towards the outside of the tire and diverging position turnup, characterized in that the layer (5) of organic fiber cords has a first bent portion (5H1) which is bent towards the outside of the tire with respect to the layer (6) reinforcing the part constituting a shoulder extending outwardly from a position near the outside of the core (3) heel in the radial direction and the extending direction thereof, and bending angle (alpha) of the first bent portion (5H 1) with respect to the winding direction of the turnup portion in a radial section of the tire is within range of 15 ~ 60 °.
