A procedure for updating the deviation or offset existing clock between the common clock of the satellites (S01 to S04) of a system of satellite navigation RNSS and clock radio station (30, 300) of an asynchronous system cellular radiotelephone, comprising said asynchronous cellular radiotelephone system further comprising: at least one mobile device (20, 200) including a receiver satellite navigation RNSS receiving satellite data (P01 to P04) supplied by at least four satellites (S01 to S04); at least one assistance server (50, 500) for improving the acquisition of satellite data by said mobile device (20, 200), said method comprising the steps of: receiving by said mobile device (20, 200) of a portion of said satellite data (P01 to P04), and on the other hand assistance data provided by the assistance server for determining the Doppler effect linked to the satellite signals; calculating by said mobile device (20, 200) of the pseudoranges between said mobile device (20, 200) and said satellites (S01 to S04); encapsulating these pseudoranges with the time (DE, DE ') at which said pseudodistances are calculated corresponding date (DE, DE') at which said pseudodistances are calculated time information provided by the station radio (30, 300); transmitting said pseudoranges and said date (DE, DE ') at which said pseudodistances are calculated in the form of a radio signal from said mobile device (20, 200) to said assistance server (50, 500) through a step by the radio station (30, 300); determining by said assistance server (50, 500) of the position of said mobile device and estimating by said server (50, 500) of the deviation or clock offset between the common clock of said satellites (S01 to S04) and the clock said radio station (30, 300) using said pseudoranges and said date (DE, DE ') at which said pseudodistances are calculated.
