Use of biocompatible biomaterials containing hyaluronic acid derivatives, withthree-dimensional structures enclosing hollow spacescreated by communicating pores and/or entangled fine, fibres or microfibres,free from cellular components or products thereof for the invivo regeneration of tissue cells. The tissue obtained by this regeneration,has the same structure, functions as the corresponding naturaltissue and is well integrated in the adjacent tissue cells.
