Installing insulation for a building member (14) using a web member (18) isprovided. The web member (18) is attached to a surface of the building that isto be insulated. The web member (18) has a number of spaces (46) definedbetween its wire or solid elements (42). The insulating material (22) issprayed against the web member (18). The insulating material (22) can includea foamable substance and insulating particles combined therewith. Theinsulating material (22) is received in the spaces (46) of the web member(18). The insulating material (22) can be sprayed to pass through thethickness of the web member (18). The web member (18) facilitates the holdingor capturing of the insulating material (22).
