The invention relates to a propellant gas-free device for discharging liquids, to a cartridge, which is adapted thereto and which is provided for storing the liquid, and to the ensemble comprised of both the device and cartridge. The invention consists of a device (1) for supplying pressure and for accommodating a cartridge (10), and of a cartridge (10) inside of which a discharging device (29) is integrated.
