The invention relates to a composition, especially in the form of an ointment or cream, for the application of homeopathic agents, wherein the agent is contained in the ointment or cream base encapsulated in nanosomes or microsomes in liquid or dissolved form. The aim of the invention is to apply said composition on neurological trigger zones along pain pathways or meridians. When applied in this way, the composition develops its optimum action in the sense of a manipulating agent, the manipulation being of the stimulating or soothing type ("wellness cream") and should all in all promote the physical well-being.
