DOUBLE-LOOP DOUBLE-PYROGENATION INCINERATOR FOR GARBAGE HARMLESS TREATMENT AND ITS USAGE METHOD

A double-loop double-pyrogenation incinerator for garbage harmless treatment and its usage method are characterized in that a drying apparatus consists of a horizontal rotary kiln (2) drying device, a steam separator (17), and a fume reflux line (18), which are located outside of the main furnace body (6) of the pyrogenation incinerator separately and installed in turn. The feeding port (3) of the horizontal rotary kiln (2) is connected with the discharge port of a feeding device (1). The discharge port (4) of the rotary kiln (2) is connected with the feed port (8) above a secondary burning chamber (7) through the feeding device (1). While running, part of high temperature fume of the secondary burning chamber (7) can enter the rotary kiln (2) to process reverse drying preheat and pyrolysis for the garbage entering the rotary kiln (2). The cooled fume containing water is inducted into the secondary burning chamber (7) by a secondary fan (16) after dehydrated by the steam separator (17).
