The method of producing an apatite developing agent comprises the step that the positron nuclide is added during the apatite is synthesized. An apatite developing agent is provided and it can be used to the positron emission tomography. The animal experiment shows that: when the apatite developing agent is injected in the rabbit through the vein at the ear edge, it can give a real-time image of the entire rabbit with the positron emission tomography, also it can measure the blood thickness and the emission thickness of every organ with dynamic positron emission tomography, what is more, the dynamics parameter of drug metabolism of apatite and the drug metabolism speed can also be calculated. At the same time the pharmaceutical formulation which comprises the apatite developing agent and the pharmaceutical acceptable excipient is provided.
