PREGROUTED PC STEEL AND METHOD OF PC POST-TENSION CONSTRUCTION

A pregrouted PC steel having multiple PC steel wires, a resin composition layer provided so as to accommodate the PC steel wires and a sheath covering the periphery of the resin composition layer. The pregrouted PC steel is characterized in that it has means for heating the resin composition layer, and that the resin composition layer satisfies the requirements that when the viscosity after storage at 25°C for 30 days is referred to as η 30D and the viscosity before storage as η 0D, the value of log(η 30D)/log(η 0D) be 1.10 or less and that upon heating at 150°C for 4 hr, it harden within 6 months. Further, there is disclosed a method of PC post-tension construction using the pregrouted PC steel.
