The invention relates to a device for optimizing the burning of heating oil of all kinds. The burning is to be optimized in a way, such that the amount of the components not fully burned is minimized and the use of the fluid is reduced. According to the invention, the device comprises two electromagnetic coils (10) with a plurality of winding layers and with at least one winding layer per wire coil, that are connected via the same or opposite poles and are mounted on an iron core (40) and are inserted into a carrier tube (100) preferably made of copper. Said carrier tube is inserted in turn into a hollow body (50), preferably made of a steel tube. Thus the fluid flows along the outside of the electromagnetic coils (10).
