A data transmission tunnel computation method and a data transmission tunnel management apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining the overall bandwidth information, in which, the overall bandwidth can satisfy the bandwidth required by at least two sub-tunnels; computing the path information of a main tunnel according to the overall bandwidth information, a presetting entry node address, a presetting exit node address, and presetting establishment attribute parameters; distributing the path information of the main tunnel into each of the sub-tunnels according to the bandwidth requirement of each sub-tunnels; the sub-tunnels are tunnels, in which an entry node address, an exit node address, and establishment attribute parameters correspond to the presetting entry node address, the presetting exit node address, and the presetting establishment attribute parameters, respectively.
