A hologram recording/reproducing device (A) comprises a recording optical system (10) for guiding recording light (S) from a spatial light modulator (1) to a recording medium (B), a reproducing optical system (20), which constitutes an optical system conjugate to the recording optical system (10), for guiding reproducing light (P) from the recording medium (B) to an image sensor (2), a drive means (30) for fluctuating the reproducing optical system (20), a recording control means (40) for recording a map pattern for optical distortion correction as a hologram on the recording medium (B) via the spatial light modulator (1), a reproducing means (50) for reproducing the map pattern via the image sensor (2), and a drive control means (60) for obtaining optical distortions of the recording optical system (10) and the reproducing optical system (20) on the basis of the reproduced map pattern and controlling the drive means (30) according to the degree of the optical distortions.
