The inventive hygienic pad for the axillary creases can be used for collecting and temporary storing liquid formed in the axillary creases by hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating). The invention makes it possible to optimise the structure. Said hygienic pad is designed such that it is disposable and comprises a moisture-permeable layer, absorbing powder, grains or granules, an impermeable layer and an adhesive base. The pad differs from the prior art (private sanitary towels and diapers) by the shape thereof, which takes into account the axillary crease anatomy and the type of used clothes (with sleeves or sleeveless), the colour, the manner offastening to clothes and by the presence of a litmus sensor signalling necessity for change. The pad makes it possible to eliminate emotional discomfort and the social deadaptation of persons suffering from hyperhydrosis. The pad can be used by men, women and teenagers without modifying the shape and size thereof.
