The lift (4) has an eccentric mass (13) pivotable around a joint, and comprising a focal point that is radially displaced opposite to an axis of the joint. A gear unit (5) converts pivoting or rotating movement of the eccentric mass into a movement which causes lifting of a main spring. The eccentric mass is formed of a handle or lever (7) and a mass weight at the lever or handle. A guide device (14) led in a guide of a casing (2) is provided at the eccentric mass or at a lever part supporting the mass, where the lever is connected with the gear unit.
