The present invention relates to a communication system for provision of a service to the user of the communication system by means of an air interface medium in a geographical region, with the communication system having network nodes and terminals, the network nodes producing radiation for the geographic area, and providing the air interface for the terminal, with at least some of the terminals having a memory which stores a definition of a zone which is part of the geographic region, and in which the user is offered location-dependent charging and/or location-dependent services which differs/differ from the charging and/or the services outside that zone, with the definition of a zone comprising one or more space keepers, which represent two or more different values.
