An interception method is provided. The method includes steps of: selecting a time-slot combining relation on an E1/T1 link to configure operating and maintaining link channel; sending or receiving interception message on the configured operating and maintaining link channel; reselecting a time-slot combining relation on the E1/T1 link to configure operating and maintaining link channel, if the response message of the sent interception message or the interception message has not been received. An interception device, a base station and a base station controller are also provided. This invention automatically selects some time-slot combinations, which transport service data at the same time, to configure operating and maintaining link, on the circumstances of the E1/T1 acting as transmission link carrier, thus fixing the operating and maintaining link on an E1/T1 slot is avoided and the multiplexing degree of transport resources is effectively improved.
