When shifting a virtual computer from a source real computer to a destination real computer, memory data on a program executed with a high frequency in a virtual computer is transmitted to the destination real computer with higher priority. The source real computer monitors an execution state of a program being executed in the virtual computer and creates a program list according to the execution state. When shifting the virtual computer, memory data read is started with higher priority from a program defined as a most significant node in the program list. The memory data which has been read is transmitted to the destination real computer.
