A hollow fiber membrane module comprises: many hollow fiber membrane bundles (5) composed of many hollow fiber membrane threads (3), end heads (6, 1) on two ends of the hollow fiber membrane bundles (5), an inlet tube (9) and a water-producing tube (8). A gas distributor (11) with a gas-distributing hole (13) is distributed on at least one end head surface. The gas distributor (11) intercommunicates with the air inlet tube (9). A gas-distributing hole (13) opens towards to a root part of the hollow fiber membrane threads (3). The end head of one end or two ends of the hollow fiber membrane bundles (5) means that one end of hollow fiber film bundles has an end head or both two ends have end heads.
