A wireless base station device (1) is equipped with switch processing parts (12, 22, 32, 42) respectively on base band processing cards (10, 20, 30, 40) for forming a ring network among the base band processing cards. Data are transmitted/received in the ring network, and passages are controlled by changing over correspondence relationship between base band processing parts (11, 21, 31, 41) respectively included in the base band processing cards (10, 20, 30, 40) and wireless transmission/reception processing parts (15, 25, 35, 45).
