The invention relates to a laser needle for performing a combined laser needle/electric acupuncture. Said laser needle comprises a light-conducting fiber (2) and a current-conducting jacket which surrounds the same and via which stimulation current can be applied to a patient's tissue in addition to a laser beam applied via the light-conducting fiber (2). The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of such a laser needle. Said aim is achieved by the fact that the bottom end of the jacket (3) extends into a disk (5) in order to distribute the stimulation current onto a larger area, said disk (5) being simultaneously used for fastening the laser needle to a patient's body.
