The personal portal page of individual consumer is by together with web content clustering integration. For example, hit list is generated when receiving search inquiry from user. For each click, it is determined whether there are relevant syndication fee, such as RSS feedings. The hit list is displayed to user, and in syndication option, has associated syndication fee including for each life. User can choose syndication option, so that their personal portal page is subscribed to that syndication fee. In some embodiments, user can also select the interface for subscribing to syndication feeds via substitution
